Service Description

This session is the first step in creating a personalized (Massage Therapy) plan that can address your body's unique needs and support your overall well-being. The initial consultation and treatment begins with a detailed consultation. To understand your specific concerns, whether it's the chronic pain, injury, muscle tension or recovery needs. We'll discuss your medical history lifestyle and any area of discomfort to determine the best approach for you. Following the consultation, your therapist will provide your first treatment, which may include either relaxing the Nervous System, ie: Fibromyalgia/chronic pain, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage or Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Depending on your unique needs, whether you're seeking relief from muscle tightness, swelling or post-surgical recovery, we’ll use the appropriate techniques to provide immediate relief and set the foundation for healing.
